For companies with operations greater than eleven million pesos (RD $ 11.01 million pesos for 2018), adjustable for inflation annually and / or carried out by related parties located in territories with less or no taxation, additionally they must submit a Price Study of Transfers by the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).
